Standard lead time is 20 working days from layout approval. That covers the full cycle including plate making and material sourcing.
Wholesale order questions
What is the minimum run for wholesale pricing?
Wholesale terms start from 10,000 units per design and size. The larger the volume, the lower the unit price, as one-off plate costs spread across the run.
How long does a large run take?
Standard lead time is 20 working days from layout approval, including plate making and material sourcing. The production itself takes a few days: we print 50,000 bags in roughly a day and a half of line time.
Can you make a custom size?
Yes. Custom sizes start from 50,000 units — built around your product: from proportions that fit a specific box to a reinforced bottom for heavy contents.
What about quality at scale?
Our quality management system is ISO 9001 certified. The whole run is printed from the same plates on the same press, and each batch is checked before shipping.
Where do you deliver?
Across Ukraine. Delivery and payment terms are agreed at the quoting stage — we work under contract.
How does payment work, and is a contract required?
Standard terms are 50% upfront and the remaining 50% before the run is shipped. Individual payment and delivery terms are agreed separately and set out in the contract. A contract is required for wholesale supply.
I have no ready design — can you help?
Yes. Our designer can create the layout — this is a paid service, priced by the complexity of the design and the time involved. If you prepare the design yourself, we provide the bag drawing for free so you can place your design exactly to size.
What samples can I get before ordering?
We send samples made from the same material your bag will use: blank ones, or ones printed for earlier projects — so you can judge the print quality in person. For a custom size we will also make a sample: unprinted, but in the required material.
Can I combine several designs or sizes in one order?
The wholesale price applies to one design in one size — from 10,000 units. Several designs or sizes are not pooled into a single wholesale run: to get the wholesale price, each separate design and size must reach its own 10,000 units. The reason is that each design and size needs its own printing plates and press changeover.
What do you need to get started?
It depends on the stage. To start with the layout — we settle the bag size and paper weight, then develop and approve the design. To start production — you approve the layout (sign the layout-approval form), we sign the contract and you pay the deposit, after which the order goes into production.
Do power outages affect production lead times?
No. Our facility has its own generator and keeps running during outages, so your order schedule and deadlines are not disrupted by power cuts.
